    • Great! I just read an email recommending rather than setting a goal to accomplish over 365 days, you should focus on getting it done in the first 100 days of the year. That way you’re more likely to succeed and not lose steam. So I’ll pass along the advice and recommend trying to accomplish your meal planning goals in the next 100 days. Good luck!

    • By dinnertime your day is already more than half done, you’ve already dealt with enough stressors, and the last thing you want to do is scramble to get a meal on the table. So I’m all for reducing stress over dinner and the bundle will definitely help.

    • This is definitely going to help you out. Personally, I don’t meal plan all the time, but when I do I’m less stressed. And I end up saving time because I don’t have to google meal ideas or run to the supermarket for missing ingredients and I’ll usually have prepped some ingredients in advance. It’s a win-win.

    • That’s a great point. When I’m prepared, cooking can be a fantastic way to meditate. When you meal plan, your cooking experience can be more enjoyable. You’ll know what to cook and you’ll have the ingredients you need so all you need to focus on is creating your meal. It’s when you’re rushing to figure out what to make and not sure of what ingredients you have that cooking becomes a chore and not as much of a rewarding experience.

    • 15 lbs – you can do it! Nutrition is key to weight loss and planning out your meals will help you dial it in more. There are a ton of great healthy recipes to help you knock off those 15 lbs.
