Let’s get ready for some football! For me, what I love most about football season, second to getting together with friends for a game day party, is tasting all the yummy recipes everyone brings over. One of my favorites is wings, especially this one for the best spicy chicken wings recipe ever.

And guest what? They’re Paleo and Whole30 to boot! So you know your friends who are on special eating plans, watching their weight, or just feel left out because all they can have are the carrots & veggie dip? Well, now they can enjoy some finger licking food, too!

These baked chicken wings are so super easy to make. You can prep them ahead of time then pop them in the oven before the party begins. And, oh boy, when they come out of the oven, these baked wings are so amazingly crispy and just the right amount of gooey all at the same time.

If you’re hosting a big gathering, make sure to double the recipe, because everyone will be begging for seconds! And don’t forget the napkins.

  1. That looks absolutely delicious.
My husband is already into football mode and inviting his friends over. This would be a perfect party hit! And it sounds super simple to make.
Thank you so much for sharing it!

  2. It’s so on! I want to make these on a weekend the Panthers are on the road because I won’t have to work. (Or maybe just a Saturday for college games, come to think of it) and a time there are no soccer matches for my girls … sorry, thinking out loud! Wings are king, though. Look forward to trying these out.

    • Hahaha, those are great times to make wings. But really, wings are good any time, right? Someone needs to come up with a super fast set it and forget it wings maker.
